Facilitating Clarity

for Infovista

Simplifying Infovista's Complex Solutions for Prospective Clients.

The Challenge:

When Infovista approached us, their website struggled to convey the true value of their intricate products. The mission was clear: redesign the "Product" and "Solution" pages for maximum comprehension, minimal scrolling, and enhanced conversion rates for demo bookings.

One of the big challenges was having two user personas for the same product. The first type users from business teams, with no technical knowledge that needed simple language and easy-to-follow explanations. The second type were technical profiles and engineers who needed to understand all the technical details and benefits.

The Solution

The solution was to incorporate behavioural design principles to create a more interactive and engaging layout. By offering multiple and diverse solutions, the new design allowed Infovista to show a lot of information in less space, which decreased the scroll and improved the conversion rate.

The redesign featured a clean, simple interface catering to different client needs, making it easier to understand Infovista's services and increasing the likelihood of booking a demo.

Before and after

The redesign dramatically reduced scrolling and complexity by leveraging visual storytelling. By replacing dense text with intuitive graphics, interactive elements, and concise information hierarchies.
